• Health-related details you choose to share: if you describe symptoms or a condition in a form, we treat that as sensitive information and use it only to respond to your request.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, collected automatically by our server logs and — where enabled — an analytics service, to keep the site secure and understand usage.

• To respond to your enquiry, schedule or confirm a consultation, and follow up on feedback.
• To operate, secure and improve the website, for example by rate-limiting abusive submissions.
• To meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you send a form, and to respond to the request you make. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, see below; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Write to us at the address below; we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once operational.

Forms on this site are intended for adults. If you submit information about a child, you confirm you are the parent or lawful guardian.
