Throughout his career, he treated patients of all ages and managed a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. His community healthcare experience also gave him a close understanding of the health challenges and practical concerns faced by families across Himachal Pradesh. He later served as Senior Medical Superintendent at Regional Hospital Solan, combining clinical responsibility with the leadership and coordination required to manage a busy public hospital. This role deepened his understanding of patient care, hospital administration and institutional functioning.
